Quick shipping, but what's your take on the sizing? A size 20 jacket felt more like a 14 or 16, and I'm being nice here. I also noticed I have to cover the cost to return the jacket. Honestly, I don't think you're a quality supplier.

I purchased a Dunkirk brown briefcase (order 36434) back in August 2022, and unfortunately, it only held up for a few months before the stitching on the handle fell apart, making it completely unusable. House of Leather UK turned down my request for repair or replacement, claiming it was due to ‘excess load carrying!’ They didn’t provide any proof of that, and I assured them I hadn’t overloaded it. It’s really disappointing to share this, as I was expecting to get several years of use from this case, just like I have with many others. All those other bags have handled the same paperwork and gear without issue until they got too worn out for professional use. Now, I’m thinking about pursuing a small claims route to get this sorted out; items of this supposed standard should definitely last longer than just a few months.

Navigating the site is a breeze, particularly for placing orders. I got myself a leather pencil skirt, and it fits perfectly—couldn't be happier with it! Plus, the delivery was speedy too. Definitely recommend it, and I'm planning to grab another skirt in a different design.

It was a gorgeous coat, but unfortunately, it was a bit too snug for me, so I had to return it for a refund since I needed one for the weekend and didn’t have time for an exchange. I got the size wrong for my daughter, but returning it was a breeze and the larger size fit just right. The leather is of excellent quality; having worked in a leather finishing factory, I have a decent sense of what’s good.

Even though the jacket I got didn't fit right, I can't complain about the quality or the price. Their customer service was top-notch too. The only thing I'd suggest is offering free returns. I'm for sure gonna shop with this company again down the line.

Awesome company, and I’ll definitely shop with them again for any leather needs. I picked up the aviator coat B3 in ginger/Brown sheepskin. Standing at 6’1 and weighing 14.5 stone, I initially got the x-large, but it turned out to be too roomy. (Totally my bad). I returned it and swapped it for a large, which fits perfectly. No hassle at all. They said it would arrive on Monday, but it showed up today (Saturday) instead—gorgeous quality and super warm. Planning to take it out for a spin on Sunday 👍🏻. Absolutely fantastic.

The entire process from ordering to delivery, including the return and getting the replacement, wrapped up in just five days. I'm really pleased with the jacket. It's top-notch quality, well put together, super warm, and the leather is wonderfully soft. I can tell this one’s gonna last. Just right for cruising in an open-top car all year round.

The support from the team is top-notch. I ran into some issues with a delivery (DPD messed up the address) and ended up with the wrong item. The company sorted everything out right away - super helpful and quick. One of the agents really went above and beyond to make sure I got my item in time for Christmas. The product (a leather briefcase) was just like the pictures and of great quality.

What a fantastic shopping adventure! I ordered a leather wallet from their site on December 22nd (it's tough to find one in stores that has a clear ID window for photo cards) and, believe it or not, it showed up the very next day, just in time for me to gift it to my husband for Christmas.
